ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS  

We accept returns:

* only in case of size error by Sweetdreams ibiza.

* defect in the garment, Sweetdreams ibiza will proceed to make the refund within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store you must:

1. Request the return by mail to: comercialsweetdreams@gmail.com within a period not exceeding 7 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return.

2.  Items must be returned:

• In its original state, it cannot be used or damaged
